So today is March 9, ugh. 2 months since I was laid off, on a positive note though 20 days till I'm 24. Wow. I'm getting OLD!
So Julia and I went to our morning Water Aerobics class today! Ah I do enjoy it! I must say I'm Super lucky to have a friend like Julia! She knows how to push me! I won't allow myself to say no to her. Because of Julia I actually find myself in the gym 4-5 days! Pretty strange for me!!!
Today's agenda.
- Water Aerobics . . . . . . CHECK
- Make some cookies
- "Help" Annie wit her homework!
- Maybe see Alice Wonderland
Today's cookies are not WW friendly at all. They are what remind me of my Mom's Mom. They are what in our family we call orange cookies. I want them made for gifts at the wedding. So today we are going to make a batch, freeze them an
d see if they freeze well. (So I'm not baking up a storm right before the wedding!) I will post the recipe when I do get to my Mom's house! I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!
On another WW healthier note, since I'm on a cookie rage. I love these!

Holy crap...a girl after my own heart!! Butterscotch Haystacks are my alltime...very favorite...total weakness!!!! I seriously devoured at least 50 of them over Christmas...which is very bad with gestational diabetes, but I HAD to have them. Is 104 calories and 5g of fat per haystack?
Yes it's per Haystack. They are big though! I sometimes make it so it's 18 servings!
They freeze well for a late night cold snack!
