Day 16 - Suddenly Saturday

Sorry ya'll, I pretty much failed as an "AWESOME" blogger yesterday! I spent my day deep cleaning the house with Mom and yard work with Dad. I'm not gonna lie, I actually enjoyed using Mom's Shark Steamer Mop. I so need one of these when we buy a house! I would steam everything!!!!

Also as Kyle says, I'm kinda a "lawn nazi." Yes I'm the girl that walks around the neighborhood giving my 2 cents on what they need to do different to their lawn! I'm not gonna lie, I've been raised with a very OCD Dad about the lawn! So yesterday after raking spots of dead grass, bag up acorns, and throw down some grass seed with Daddy-o. Lord, my legs DON'T like yard work! (Yes I did also threaten many times to go roll around and squish all the grass! He HATES when I walk in the front yard! I threaten all the time to do stuff to his "MASTERPIECE")

Ohhhhh. . . .

I'm not gonna lie, the grass does look amazing! I must confess it does kinda make my heart flutter with a well groomed, green glorious lawn! My husband on the other hand just thinks it's grass and no one should waste their time bagging while mowing! Oh hell we would have that masterpiece with out bagging our lawn! (It does look so fluffly and awesome that you just want to roll around. . .)

Day 15 - Finally Friday!

Finally Friday! Hooray! Also here in good ole MO, it's Red Friday. The first official Chief's game!!! Which means you see people wearing Red Everywhere!

So of course in the spirt of Red Friday, I broke out my Fire Engine Red Pants! Ahhh! Of course sealed with some awesome TOMS! While on the note of TOMS, I would just like to say. I 'm not the only one with wild and crazy taste in TOMS. Actually both pairs I have are sold out! Ah! They are no longer on TOMS website!

Mini Wedding Cake Concrete

Well, was a Mini Wedding Cake Concrete! So why haven't I known about this! I drove thru Sheridan's saying "You know what, I want a wedding cake so I'm gonna have one" little did I know they offered it in a mini size! *Swoon*

Day 14 - Thursday Edition

Happy Thursday my loves! So today was a pretty good day.... Even if the weather was dreary. Oh well us gals made the best of it! So Ya'll hear so much about the shenanigans in my life. Which to be rather honest, I'm not normally alone in these bad boys! So of course, two girls that consume more of my life then my Husband would be Liz E. and Liz P. they are my go to girls! To joke, or just make a fool of myself..... They are always there to laugh with me..... or at me! Both of which are completely fine with me. (well from them! I know they love my weirdness deep down, really deep down!)

Today's Shenanigans may BEGIN! With a WalMart trip on lunch break!

I need headbands. . .

So now that I have short hair, I need headbands to work out. I was trying to decide if this would stay in my hair or if it would be too big! So Liz E. said well let's give it a try! Seemed to work so we bought them! So I decided to sport a headband at work the rest of the day. It was too big. Which presented us with, Liz E. telling us she had a big head. So of course Liz P. and I thought it was totally necessary to measure our heads...... FYI my head is 21 inches, just incase you were curious!

These my friends were a WalMart special we just couldn't pass up! I mean, who doesn't have a pair of camouflage house slippers just laying around! Alright. So I'll give you a little background about these, well one of our co workers LOVES camouflage. It doesn't even cross his mind of mis-matched camo. So we always make comments about his wonderful camo out fits! Now which will be complete with some RAD slippers!

So since I was the last person to be hired at the office, the only filing cabinet that wasn't locked ..... Was missing a wheel. After very wobble-ness of my drawers. Good Ole Liz P. to the rescue! I can successfully say that I can file cabinet race again.

CREEPER

So about closing time, we discuss creepers and mustaches. (Stache Friday started this conversation) Back behind Liz P, you'll notice a print out of a creeper. So we decided to draw a second one!!

Day 13 - Wednesday

So I'm going to go ahead and post today's since it's only one picture. So right now I've been so busy working, I been working all day and going home to work. So needless to say I've been slacking in the blogging/picture department! Although yesterday I decided I wasn't happy with the 10 pounds I've gained since my wedding. I basically realized I didn't work my ass off to lose 70 pounds to slowly gaining it back. So I decided last night I need to get in a gym routine. So I set my alarm for 4:45 to be at the gym by 5:30. . . I've done this MANY times, I always click dismiss and go to sleep for 2 more hours!

NOT TODAY!!

So last night I added an episode of CSI to the iPhone and headed off to the gym! I told myself I wasn't allowed to leave the treadmill till the episode was done! I did burn 316!! Go me! Of course I had to stop at Starbucks at 6:15 for a Skinny Vanilla Latte!

So after the gym Kyle and I had to go get the new car licensed. For some odd reason I thought the DMV opened at 7:30. I was wrong, we got there at 7:30 and they open at 8! So Kyle says lets go to Panera down the street for breakfast. So I picked a Everything Bagel with Veggie spread. Thinking it would be 5-6 points..... Boy was I wrong! It was 9 points. Are you freaking kidding me! So by 8:30 am, I had already eaten 11 points!

So after chicken and noodles for dinner, Kyle and I went on a walk for 30 minutes since I felt so guilty about that damn bagel.

Tomorrow is a new day! I can do this!!

Day 12 - Tuesday

Back to work! Oh how hard it is to get back in the groovy of a work week after a long weekend! Extra coffee was required for sure!

MIDGE!!

So on Sunday I had a minor freak out, I realized I forgot to water Midge on Friday. I was afraid that she was going to bed dead! Boy was I wrong! Her hair was pushing the box open! (Notice her nice comb over to the right!!)

I jumped with joy when I heard the UPS man!

Because my TOMS arrived! OH I love these! I wish I could wear them all day; every day! Now to work on Kyle to let me wear them to bed! Hmmmmm. I strong encourage everyone to buy a pair of TOMS. It's a great organization and the are sooooo comfy! I already have my eye on these!!!

How disappointing!

Of course trying to be a good WWer, I keep Miniature Tootsie Pops in my desk....... Put a cap on that sweet craving!!! How RUDE, they forgot the best part! So of course I had to have another one..... or THREE!

Day 11 - Monday

Well lovely Labor Day! Oh how I love holidays, I literally just lay on the couch and watch TV. I spent all of Monday watching Lockup! Oh I love that show, it freaks Kyle out that I love it! I promise I won't kill anyone!

Day 10

Sorry guys for being a slacker on keeping the blog updated. Well Day ole 10 happened to be on a lovely Sunday of a fantastic 3 day weekend! Here's for the pictures!

Oh Lane!

Well Friday before Jess's big wedding I had to go suit shopping with my boss. Well suits were buy one get one free at Men's Warehouse. So Sunday I had to take our little intern up and get the free suit! It was his very first suit and he was super excited!

I had a phone call from my brother to come over! When I arrived I found Gracie girl snoring away! I figured you'd all want to meet my Niece Gracie too!

The reason my brother called me to come over! He went out to the cupcake store and got a dozen cupcakes and had a lovely ChocoVanillo with my name on it!

The Great Food Truck Race! I adore this show! Every Sunday my ass is on the couch (or in bed) watch this and Meet the Kardashians! A Sunday Regular!
